Hydra, or the strength to be reborn

Hydra is a name given to me during a healing ceremony. It evokes regeneration, the strength of life, and the ability to take many paths while remaining true to oneself. Like the Lernaean Hydra, whose every head was reborn stronger, I carry within me the wisdom of cycles: falling and rising again, losing and growing, transforming endings into beginnings.

Shaped by life, guided by intuition

As a holistic therapist, spiritual guide, and explorer, I support people through their times of transition and rebirth. I trained in Reiki in Bali, Ericksonian hypnosis in Paris, Vinyasa and Yin yoga with Mathieu Boldron, space holding and cacao at Lake Atitlán in Guatemala, meditation and Jungle Dance in Siargao.

I also trained in breathwork in India. I am a self-taught holistic cheffe. I am currently undergoing a shamanic mentorship and learning about essential oil and herbal medicine.

But more than techniques, I share what life itself has taught me. I believe in the wisdom of intuition, the body, shared meals, silences, and lived experiences. I am grounded, intuitive, caring, and profoundly free.

I found the place where everything makes sense

Siargao is an island that remains wild, deep, windswept, and bathed in light. A land of water, trees, space, and sacred fire. Everything grows at its own pace; nothing is excessive, everything is authentic. When I arrived here, I felt something I had never felt anywhere else: a vibrant calm, a quiet certainty. As if the island was telling me to stay. So I decided to settle here, to become part of this community, to build a space where others could come together. It is here that I continue what I have always done: create places where people can gather, find peace, create, and share.

2018

The birth of a sanctuary

I'm creating Maison Nomade in Paris. A vibrant space blending plant-based cuisine, art, music, and well-being. My first gathering place, in the heart of the city.

2023

Sixteen months around the world

I'm selling the center and go on an adventure around the world. Portugal, Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador. Each place transforms me. But it's in the Philippines that my heart finally finds peace.

2024

The island becomes my home

I'm settling in Siargao. I surf every day, I teach yoga, practice reiki and cartomancy.

2025

Monteverde’s land

I am buying land in the north of the island in Monteverde, in the mountains of Burgos, surrounded by jungle and water, to build my house there as well as a center dedicated to healing, retreats, tropical agriculture and collective creation.

2026

Hydra Universe is born

A universe dedicated to healing, transformation, and the joy of living, where practices merge into an experience of profound reconnection to the body, nature, and oneself.

Hyra Universe is also the birth of Casa Hydra, my home, a vibrant space for creation, sharing, and presence.

And soon, Hyra Center, a place for creation, transformation, retreats, and transmission.
